How does ordering and payment work?
Choose a machine, enter your delivery address, and pay by card through Stripe. Your order is confirmed right away and you can follow its status in your account. Orders with custom artwork are reviewed first, and you pay after the artwork is approved.
What’s included with each machine?
Each machine lists its included features above. New machines come with a 1-year warranty. Used machines are sold without a warranty. Door-to-door delivery and a custom artwork wrap are optional add-ons on new machines. The full total is shown before you pay.
Can I put my logo on the machine?
Yes. Add the custom artwork wrap when you order and upload your logo to preview it on the machine. We review the artwork with you before any payment is taken.
Can I buy a machine, or only get placement?
Both. You can buy machines online, or ask us to place and run a machine at your site. Use the contact form for placement.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on the model, options, and destination. After payment we process the order and update your account as it ships and delivers.
Do you restock and maintain machines?
For machines we place at your location, yes. Purchased machines include the limited parts warranty; ongoing service can be discussed when you order.
